2021 Call for Papers
The 2021 Agronomy Society Conference will be jointly held with the New Zealand Grassland Association and the Society of Animal Production in Invercargill.
Originally planned for 9-11 November 2021, it was originally postponed until Feb 2022, but due to the Covid-19 red light change on 23 Jan is further postponed to 15-17 Nov 2022 (still in Invercargill).
So, we are now calling for papers on all aspects of crop agronomy, especially within a New Zealand production context.
Papers that consider advancing agronomy to meet current and future needs are strongly encouraged.
Topics of interest may include (but are not limited to):
- Crops for food and animal feed
- Crop management for efficient grazing
- Winter cropping
- Grazing management
- Cropping for Catchment management
- Mixed farming practices
- Cash and forage crop opportunities
- Crop improvement
Key dates are:
Title submissions due by 15 March date has been extended until 31 March 2021 (please note abstract is not required at this stage)
Full manuscript due 8 June 2021
